In 1976, Peter Simonelli, along with his daughter Camile Shea and their family started a small mechanical contracting company, running out of the basement of the family home in Long Island. Since these humble beginnings, The Simonelli family has built F.W. Sims into one of the largest and most respected mechanical contracting companies in New York City.

 

Today F.W. Sims is run by family members Arthur Seeberger, Patrick Simonelli and Lilly Ann Wiswall. They continue to grow the business and strive to enhance the next generation of construction in New York City.
